Directions
Please download the AAWGA Membership Application and fill it out. You must select to play in the 18-hole or the 9-hole group on the form. Print the completed form and mail it along with your scorecards (9-hole requests only) or copy of your USGA index (18-hole request) and a check for $20 payable to "Ann Arbor Women's Golf Association."
Applications should be mailed to the AAWGA Membership Chair using the address noted on the form.
